We couldn't make this stuff up if we tried. After a trial is over and before the Judge imposes sentences, there is usually a flurry of motions. This case is no different. However you should download and read these motions and the memorandums supporting them if you want to get a glimpse of how little these clowns (and their lawyers) think of the voting public.
We can only hope that Judge Miller remembers that stealing is not a constitutionally protected activity.
